Ruud Goedhart focuses on ordinary , unassuming objects that don’t clamor for immediate attention
but quitly exist in th background. Whether presenting them in isolation to let them subtly ‘shine’ or
returning them to their inconspicuous original placement, Goedhart explores the interplay between
abstraction and figuration pushing the boundaries of painting and object.
